Shipping Policy

Welcome to SleepSong!

SleepSong is owned and operated by SleepSong Pte Ltd.
 

Thank you for shopping at SleepSong, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by SleepSong on the website: 

 

SleepSong undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
 

 

1. SLEEPSONG SHIPPING
•    SleepSong delivers worldwide.
•    Orders are shipped from Singapore.

 

SleepSong orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM SG). For security reasons, SleepSong will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will SleepSong accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS
•    The shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be shown at checkout.
SleepSong may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.


 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
•    2 - 3 working days. 
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that this may be extended during holidays, launches, restocking, limited edition launches and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different. 

 

4. SHIPPING TIMES
•    Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be shown at checkout.

 

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number of your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided for further assistance and information or contact us via our contact information for further information and assistance.

 

6. DELAYS
SleepSong is not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery due to force majeure, public order and natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, SleepSong is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself or delays related to our drivers. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

 

7. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed as soon as SleepSong makes the product available to the buyer, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
